We have just completed a survey of 500 users of private clinics in Luanda, with the aim of understanding how these institutions are perceived and evaluated by those who really matter: their patients.

 

This study analyzes:

• Reputation of the main private clinics;

• Image associated with each clinic, based on attributes, quality of care, facilities, waiting time, and more;

• Reasons why users choose a Clinic;

• Strengths to consolidate and weaknesses to improve, according to the opinion of users themselves.

 

We believe that this survey is an essential strategic tool for clinics aiming to strengthen their position in the market, improve the user experience and make decisions based on real data.
